Re: Playoff scenarios
I worry about the Rams. They are 7-1 on the road, and destroyed Seattle in Seattle. They are playing out out of their minds right now. Their defense is decent too, and it's hard to beat a team twice in the same season.

Re: Playoff scenarios
This year's playoff setting in the NFC is as bizarre of one that I can ever remember. You have 3 teams with only four losses (I realize we have 1 more week) but at least the buy would easily be locked down at this point in the season. And I don't care what anyone says, the Bears always play us tough. It really is a total crap shoot. It is safe to say that the Rams and Saints are two different teams (we are too), but to think we will beat them like we did the first time around is being highly optimistic. The truth is Carolina is good, and all Seattle needs to do is sneak in and it looks like there is a decent chance that happens too. And if not, Atlanta is good too. It will be a tough battle this year for sure.

They worry me the least. We didn't just beat them, we dominated them.PurpleMustReign wrote:I worry about the Rams. They are 7-1 on the road, and destroyed Seattle in Seattle. Re: Playoff scenarios
So the NFL flexed all game with playoff implications into time slots. The NFC South teams now play at 4:25, while the Vikings and Eagles stay at 1:00. We will know our seeding but not who we play until the end of the day. There is no Sunday night game.

Our opponents will be New Orleans Saints , LA Rams and New England Patriots.
And we shall destroy them all.

That would be epic.

Don't pick a fight with an old Viking. If he is too old to fight, he'll just kill you.

Look how bad Philly is without wentz. He should be mvp.

Surprising how bad Carr looks. Foles is no Keenum.Maelstrom88 wrote:Look how bad Philly is without wentz. He should be mvp.

Absolutely. I'm eating crow on Keenum and Shurmur this year and I'm happy to do it.808vikingsfan wrote: Surprising how bad Carr looks. Foles is no Keenum.

Re: Playoff scenarios
Foles and Carr are both sucking. There were a lot of Carr fans here, and last year he was good, but he is stinking tonight. If we play the Eagles, Im not as pessimistic as I usually am. They kind of have our number. Glad we have Case.Maelstrom88 wrote: Absolutely. I'm eating crow on Keenum and Shurmur this year and I'm happy to do it.

Re: Playoff scenarios
Tell you what, guys ... the Eagles without Wentz are simply not the same team. Foles does not have his mobility, nor his arm.
If the Raiders weren't so pathetic on offense, the Eagles would be getting blown out at home.

Go ahead. I dare you.
Underestimate this man.

Getting the #1 seed doesn't seem as important now.
