No Easton, Sirles or Remmers. So yes.

Yeah, but does anyone remember when Jet was an every down back (after Peterson went down last year)? He wore down and Asiata had to carry the load. We need both of them to produce.

You mean when he was running behind that JV line?

Yep... he wore down. He is not an all-game, every down back.

Vikings are #10 in rushing. Can't we just say they compliment each other. Neither would be good as an exclusive back

That's what I've been trying to say about him. He's never going to carry a load. Murray can

That's kind of what I'm trying to say. We need them both to be productive, and each brings a different set of skills. Run the one that's working better in the matchup.

Sure. I just want the better back that gets more YPC to "lead" the share at a 70-30 clip or thereabouts. But, then, I like positive yardage. :)

For the Vikings or NFL?

He's tied with Jared Allen and Jim Marshall for the team record.

Looks like the Vikes are heading into the Bye week at 6-2, in 1st place... with backup QB and HBs.

Case Keenum is 5-2 if you count his relief appearance. He may not be fancy, but he's effective.

I don't think any of us had a more optimistic prediction for our record going into the Bye week.

Looks like 10 is the NFL record. Simeon Fletcher.

I really thought they were going to lose today. But Zimmer and Co. made good halftime adjustments, and Case did alot better later in the game. 6-2 is pretty nice.

Have they ever gone back and figured out how many sacs the purple people eaters would have had had they counted sacs back then?

Everson Griffen doing a post game press conference shortly. Looked fine in the locker room, for what that's worth.

That's worth a lot. If he's on the podium, that's a good sign. Injured guys usually aren't.
