Yes, can't touch any lineman jumping over them, but center is always protected.

Earl Campbell couldn't gain yards with this O-line. It's a waste of a down to run it up the middle.

It would be interesting to see what percentage of our running plays even make it to the second level. It seems everything we run up the middle stops at the line of scrimmage.
