So lack of follow through after the ball is gone makes the ball sail that high?RFIP wrote: Do you understand "follow through"? I mean did you ever throw a football? See when you are expecting to follow through the ball goes on target, but what the arm is suddenly stop it does not.

Have to agree, the ball was gone before he got hit.purplehaze wrote: That replay shows the ball gone before his arm got hit. I stand by my original post it was a shiddy pass.

Just saw a full replay of the final play and WOOF Clemmings had a false start but it wasn't called. How do both of our tackles false start on two consecutive 2-pt attempts?

Or, offensive PI on Rudolph...fiestavike wrote: Let's be honest, Rudoph probably would have dropped it if it had been on target anyway.

Substantive stuff.
You don't know.

For anyone who thinks Bradford missed the final throw because the ball was out before the hit...

It's basic football (and baseball and basketball).

God yes.RFIP wrote:At the end of it all most people understand this team is toast this year and was not making the playoffs regardless of how bad that call was. I mean the entire team is being held together by tape at this point.
Which brings me to why would you bring AD back at all?
He's getting paid $11 million. If he's ready, he should play.
Go ahead. I dare you.
Underestimate this man.

The offensive line has been a disaster this year. Just plain lack of concentration. At least they are consistent.TSonn wrote:Just saw a full replay of the final play and WOOF Clemmings had a false start but it wasn't called. How do both of our tackles false start on two consecutive 2-pt attempts?

You just proved his point. If it was a lack of a follow through then, yes, that can cause a ball to sail high.purplehaze wrote:

And why Floyd wasn't IR'd MONTHS ago is beyond me. For a team desperate for healthy bodies why they kept this guy on the roster is beyond me.
That miss call took away a team held together by tape from tying a massive 10-1 team...
Re: Cowboys @ Vikings Game Day Discussion Thread -- Week 13
tough loss.
vikes have a solid team other than the weak link at the critical place.
-
however, i liked the way sam nutted up and moved around. it probably had to do with dallas having a crap pass rush.
but where has this effort been?
he calls the coaches out and the offense looks like a pro offense(almost)...but before that? holy crap!
what's going on in the heads of this coaching staff on offense?
it's like chili ball 2.0 except sam is not favre.

Don't worry we will get an apology from the NFL saying it was missed call. Then they wonder why viewer- ship is down

Vikings do have an "easy" schedule to end the season. What's 10-6 worth?
