Prepare to have your eyes violated tonight - color rush unis

After a one-week hiatus because of Thanksgiving, Color Rush jerseys will be returning to the NFL on Thursday when the Vikings host the Cowboys, and for the second time this year, we're going to see a team wearing an all-purple uniform.
The Vikings will be busting out brand new uniforms against Dallas that will feature purple everything. When the Vikings take the field at U.S. Bank Stadium on Thursday night, they'll be wearing purple pants and purple jerseys, as you can see below.

I hate this meaningless, fashion crap. The only thing that matters is playing good football and no one getting injured. The public is just easily manipulated lemmings who will go buy this crap because they are told its "cool"...gimme a break.

well, i for one, will not be buying any of the promotional jersey stuff, unless of course, kim kardashian says i should.

Exactly. My concerns have little to do with uniforms. I no longer trust the Vikings having the capacity to win.

it's a pivotal game for sure. a win is huge. a loss will be demoralizing even further.
no room for moral victories....it's the cliche gut check game.
it just feels like bringing a knife to a gunfight though

I'm with ya 100%......just another way for the NFL to make more money. Before the season started the powers that be was prolly thinking hmmmm, Vikings at home in their shiny new stadium, prime time game against a big name team, Viks should come away with a victory based on what they did the year before.....lots of ugly jersey sales after this game. $$$$$$$

I do not mind the experimentation with new uniforms, but at least try to make them appealing. These are just awful.

In this case 100% of the proceeds from color rush uniforms are going to charity.

I hate the new uniforms and especially the flat matte finish helmets for the Vikings. These may be an improvement. It will take a miracle for us to win, maybe these will give us one. All that optimism at the start of the year, gone by the bye week
