Gee, who could have foreseen that after a marvelous performance at right tackle last season?
Thanks for the link. I actually feel bad for Clemmings. He's obviously trying. He's just not getting the job done.
While the Vikes look for help at tackle, ESPN1500 might want to hire a copy editor for articles like that one:
You might ask whether he just had a few bad plays against super talented rushers, but Clemmings was arguably worse against the run than he was vs. the pass. He got shoved right into the backfield by Clowney several times and grabbed Jerick McKinnon before the running back had any chance to escape.
Clemmings played against the run and grabbed Jerick McKinnon?
The part that bothers me though is they don't seem to give him much help. He had to go against Clowney all day with nothing. Not many players can go with Clowney one on one all day without problems. I don't think he is as bad as you do, but he clearly needs more time to figure things out. I Can't believe how many OL we have lost and it is only week 5.

I wouldn't be opposed to getting Fragel if he was a better talent than what we have. Beavers can head back to the PS squad.
Now would be the time to pick him up on the bye week.
Hopefully with Long & Sirles at the tackles we will have improved our line.
Maybe the Vikings plan on cutting off all of the functioning body parts from our various injured linemen to put them together. Frankenlinemen. Jake Long shall be the torso once he's injured.

Frankenlinemen, LMAO...

The Vikings' only practice of the bye week does not include Stefon Diggs, Anthony Barr, Jarius Wright, Brandon Fusco, MyCole Pruitt, Sharrif Floyd or Rhett Ellison. David Morgan is back.
