Crap. I woke up early to watch the game. Didn't realize today was a late game. Taking the kids to watch the Blue Angels today so I won't be able to watch the game live. It's going to be tough to get a win but I think Bridgewater show us something special today.

Ouch. We need to alert you hawaii guys ahead of time the next time the Vikes play a late game.:)

I can see why you wouldn't expect it. It's odd for a Vikings home game against an eastern opponent to being televised in the late afternoon time slot.

I woke up earlier than I wanted, too. But hey, we can watch the Bears-Packers game while we wait (and one of them is guaranteed to lose! Woo hoo!) and be nice and ready to watch a win at home.

I also agree that I would prefer to see a Packers team that's a little bit less desperate, but I think the best thing we have going for us is they will have a short week to watch film of a little more than one game of Bridgewater. We have a bit of an element of surprise there.

Sorry. I never want the Pukers to win.
What is the over/under in that game? 93?

Packers have to lose. That's a good feeling. The Bears will screw things up later in the season.

I made a Bears/Packers thread in NFL talk if anybody else is watching and would like to discuss it!

EDIT: I also just hit the 400 post mark. Franchise me!

Harry Douglas out for Falcons.
The biggest names on the Vikings inactive list — linebacker Chad Greenway and tight end Kyle Rudolph — were ruled out well ahead of game time. Wide receiver Charles Johnson, linebacker Brandon Watts, guard David Yankey, wide receiver Rodney Smith and defensive end Scott Crichton will also be remaining on the sideline on Sunday.

Get to get a good look at Hodges hopefully!
Should have brought Reisner back. Teddy seemed to have a good feel for him!

I found that interesting as well. That signals to me that Yankey must really struggling.

I'm just hoping that Matt Kalil will pull his head out of his butt and step up for our new QB.

I know im in the minority, but I like Wentworth. Other then his very first play, with a slow developing endzone play (thanks Musgrave) I think he has looked good.
