Most of the stuff I've seen on this says Gruden likes the booth and enjoys being home with his kids more than he was as a coach. Peter King said on PTI about this Raiders rumor that he doesn't expect Gruden to take a coaching job for at least 4-5 years, if ever.

Gruden didn't just lead his team to a Super Bowl appearance... He led them to a Super Bowl win, with Brad Johnson at QB.
