They should punt.
The Devil whispered in the Viking's ear, "There's a storm coming." The Viking replied, "I am the storm." ‪#‎SKOL2018

Adrian Peterson, like a boss... game over.

Game balls to:
Adrian Peterson
Harrison Smith
Brian Robison

Missing in action:
Jerome SImpson
Kyle Rudolph
Michael Jenkins

Wishing he had missed action:
Christian Ponder

Not gonna defend Ponder today, he made some terrible mistakes. However the beauty of this team is that they can still win even if their offense fails.

End of game
Vikes 21
Cardinals 14
The defense is what won the game. Robison had a great game. We advance to 5-2. A great record.

Exactly. The ugly wins count as much as the pretty ones. They have some work to do and I'm sure we'll all get in a week's full of #### about this game in just the next few days but thankfully, it's a short week. :)

Seriously, There's plenty to complain about but there were things to be happy about too. They got the win, they scored TDs when they got into the red zone and AD had a great game. They need to get back to work and get the passing game on track again but when a team can win ugly, sometimes that's a good sign. It means the effort was there even if the execution wasn't always there and it means that when the team fell down in one or two areas, other aspects of the team were able to make up for it. We've been saying it all season: the Vikes aren't a complete team. Nevertheless, they're 5-2 despite that... I think that's encouraging.

Hopefully, they can get another win against the Bucs on Thursday.
