He is horrible on the radio. "ughhhhh" before everything he says and it drives me crazy

For his first time hosting a radio show I think he did alright. The first hour when they played that trivia game was horrible but the second hour when he interviewed LT, that was a great segment. You can tell he settled in a little bit. Give him a few more trys and he should get it right.

Leber does fine for his first time. In fact, he's better than I expected. The "uhhh" stuff is a technique issue that can and will be corrected. He's a smart guy who understands football, loves the sport, and will probably be good at broadcasting.
