I really hope TJ could be a good QB for us
for a long time. He sure has a quick release
and strong arm.

Considering the viking already have four players
that should be in the hall that might not ever get there
that is asking for a heck of a lot.

If he is a solid QB for for five years I will be thrilled.

I voted average, but I really was thinking above average. I like his calm attitude and decision making in the pocket. He's athletic with a good arm, so I think he has a chance to be good for the Vikes. All he needs are some better WR's and a more aggressive offensive playcaller so we can score some points.

There is a fairly deep group of wide outs this year

Meachum (his stats are almost as good as Calvin's)
Bowe, Jarrett, GinnJR (I dont like this guy at all hope we dont get him)
Greg Olson TE from miami and a few others

I would like to see us get Meachum and Aundre Allison 3rd round
personally. (or Bowe or Jarrett if there still there in the second round
probably not)

Good point, there are a ton of WR's out there. We just need to get one. I'm confident that we'll get one better than Williamson, Taylor, and the nameless others...which shouldn't be hard.

yeah i was being sarcastic, i think he will be a good quarterback. Hopefully he can lead us to the playoffs and if all turns out well, be the franchise quarterback.I dont know any viking fans that dont want to see this guy do well.

Well,

I hope he will do well since he's all we have. I don't expect a good year with "Jackson time". We should have gone after a FA QB with Exp. We'll be lucky to win 4 games this season if TJ Starts. We have very little talent on offense and no pass rush. I'll be thrilled if we win more than 6 games.

Calvin Johnson will slip to the Vikings at #7 only if they find a dead body and a Kilo of cocaine in the trunk of his car. :)

I think Jarret would turn out to be a bust... i don't think he should even be a choice in the 1st round... but.... Steve Smith on the other hand should!!
