Guess the Stingley, Gardner, London, Wilson, Olave talk was right.
All gone.
Panic trade.
Hopefully we can turn that 32nd pick into something if no one takes Malik Willis.
Don't forget, Pittsburgh might trade their 20th pick and a first next year to move up to 12 to get him.

Re: Draft Day thread
There's easier ways to save on the cap than gamble on lower ranked young players.
So frustrating. Same thing Spielman did. Volume over value....

Re: Draft Day thread
Spielman all over again. Why take a top prospect when you can trade back and acquire more picks. I guess the analytics spoke. This is way worse than anything Spielman ever did. Oooooh, definitely not. I remember Slick Rick being hired. Don't make me rewind to all of the stupid things he did along t...

Re: Draft Day thread
In an attempt to be positive ... It's possible nobody they thought was worth it was there at 12 and rather than force it they took what they could get. They've got what amounts to 2 low first rounders now and got an extra pick. Anyway, we didn't want a traditional GM that is necessarily reading fro...

Re: Draft Day thread
There goes Davis, who needs a true nose for a 34? We have....yeah. Holy crap, Demi? Yeah, I didn't want to scratch, but got the itch...(And I guess I can post again...) Was hoping for Davis or Hamilton, but back to Spielman ball. We going to have 10 picks again this year? 32nd pick! Take a QB, or t...

Re: Draft Day thread
Next two picks are exactly the two guys we should have took a shot at.
But I guess we don't know as much as those franchises, obviously.

Re: Draft Day thread
So how many years do we have to put up with this retarded gm? Or is this the owners. It's the owners at this point. We had a chance for a true rebuild. But all we've heard is the "competitive rebuild". Same as before. They want to be "competitive" every year. So we'll be .500 fo...

Re: Sam-Teddy-Case thread
Since Ponder was drafted we have not seen ANY good QB's or competition IF/WHEN the starter goes down. Because the GM was never willing to sign/draft anyone capable of competing. Which was pointed out by multiple posters every year since Ponder was drafted. Including the signing of a guy like Keenum...

Re: Week 2 reaction thread
Either way, cleary you can't comprehend the "if there aren't 32 viable starters in the league, how can there be many viable backups" portion of this thread. Gus, McNabb, Hill, Keenum, Cassel. YOU can't comprehend that there might be better Qbs available. In the draft or free agency. The p...

Sign a Qb who can get yards...even if he kneels for the national anthem?Pondering Her Percy wrote: I get what you're saying but the guy hasnt been consistently healthy in how long? At this point, he's more injury prone than Sam Bradford.

Week 2 reaction?
It's a team game!!!
Unless your starting QB goes down.
Imagine that. No backup plan when needed.

Re: Bradfords knee??
i think it's pretty stupid and archaic to use guys that have failed as backups. there are only a select few who are actually capable of keeping your team afloat. Which is what this team has done for the last decade. Don't worry, the old guy can teach the new guy! Just beware...a superior talent mig...

Re: Bradfords knee??
Luck? How about have a better backup QB in place when you have a starter with some pretty major injury questions?
