he didn't get them into the endzone during a home playoff game.

Re: Week 3 Reaction Thread

Dude, with all due respect, what is your fixation with Kyle Sloter? Did you go to high school with him or something? You don't "see what a quarterback has" in the middle of the season. This isn't baseball, where you can put a guy at shortstop for a few games to see if he implodes. This is...

Re: Week 3 Reaction Thread

I think we may be in a situation where we don't have next year's starting QB on the team. Which is crazy to think about as before the concern was whether we would keep Bridgewater or Bradford. With the amount of time Sam is going to miss, I can't see anyone giving him a mega contract. There's simpl...

Re: Bradfords knee??

I hope Keenum can play decent over the coming games. All I know is if we go back to Teddy we are in trouble. The guy simply isn't an NFL caliber QB. His stats over the course of two years were pathetic. In fact, in two years I only remember 1 performance by Teddy that is comparable to either Bradfo...

Re: Week 3 Reaction Thread

i think the arc of the offense is most definitely trending up. they are whopping up on weaker units. the line will continue to take it's lumps as it grows. health is obviously key...as always. the qb situation is a complete mystery based on the two bad knees. i don't know how anyone can have legit c...

Why not go for 16 straight.
that would be something....other-worldly dominance.
i'd settle for 3 straight during a playoff march.

Re: Week 3 Reaction Thread

great post^^

as for Case and Sam's losing records...it's interesting to note that the bulk of those losses came at the helm of the Fischer coached Rams teams.

Re: Week 3 Reaction Thread

October 1993.....as far as I can find is the last time a Vikings defense has shut out an opponent.

i think it matters......especially in a one score game in crunch time.

Re: Week 3 Reaction Thread

I am worried about the pass defense. There were a lot of open receivers for 10+ gains, something that never happened under Zimmer in his second year and first half of his third year. Did they blitz Barr and Kendrick much? It seems like they are relying an awful lot on the line, which tells me they ...

Re: Week 3 Reaction Thread

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=epfjJeI5Dpo Just watching the highlight video of Diggs above. I notices how key the running back's blocks were to the Vikings success on Sunday. Great block by Cook @ 0:36 mark. Great block by CJ Ham @ 1:33 mark. it's one difference between having bona fide fundament...
