Re: Divisional Round: Vikings vs Saints Pre-Game Discussion

Has Keenum faced any defenses this year that resemble the Saints' D? Seems like they rely on bringing pressure no matter the situation and have some weaknesses at LB. If I remember correctly, Keenum was one of the top QBs against the blitz this year so hopefully he can continue that success. Yes th...

Re: What is Teddy Bridgewater's future?

Honestly, if Bradford continues to play this way a lot of things will change in the off season. Personally I think Teddy was poised for a breakout season prior to the injury, this is based on his camp, increased velocity on his throws and the ridiculous passes he was throwing during preseason. But l...

Re: Six week storm...

I just want to see the Vikings beat the Rams, not because I dislike the Rams, but it will tell me/analysts if the Vikings are really legit this year. I have been holding my breath all season long. This game today is about as important as they come, and I think the Vikings know this.

Gerald Hodges JR. ‏@g_hodges6 14h14 hours ago

Haven't I been preaching bout how amazing God is! Told you
I think Hodges wanted out. This was posted right after news broke of the trade.

Re: Hodges traded for 6th-rounder & center Nick Easton

I honestly don't see him playing this year, from my understanding reading analyst pages and scouts. Teams are very hesitant to change up oline rotation in the middle of the year. I expect this guy to get some rotation time in but I doubt he will be starting until next year, if at all. The Hodges tra...

Re: Sick of the moral victories

Unlike previous seasons, I see a ton of growth. I really think the Vikings are going somewhere. In my 30 years of being a fan, I can't remember ever feeling like this about the Vikings. One major thing I loved about this game was the emergence of Diggs. Not only was he making plays his route running...

Re: Enemy Fan Forums: Denver Broncos

Im gonna be the Negative Nancy (Warning) I don't really see us winning this game. Were not very good on the road. The Broncos defense is extremely good, and Teddy hasn't exactly played his best football this year. I don't think it will be a blow out, but I think we will be out of it early. (I hope i...

Re: Thoughts

I honestly think this loss is on the coaches, Norv tried to get too cute with the play calling, with AP you use the run to open up the pass, unfortunately the 49ers knew we were going to go play action right off the bat. Zimmer needs to get into these guys ####, and keep it simple until everything i...

Re: Roster Cuts

I got half the guys I wanted (Harris, Peters, and Williams). That's not bad. Of course, I'm willing to allow that the Vikings staff might know a wee bit more about these guys than I do. Pleased to see that the staff thinks Yankey is worth a PS slot. I guess he hasn't cut the mustard, but they still...

Re: Preseason Week 3 - Minnesota Vikings vs. Oakland Raiders

Man can people stop being concerned about the offensive stalls? This is literally preseason, people talking about being concerned about the run game.......Peterson isn't playing and I have zero concerns about the run game when the season starts. We are running extremely vanilla play calling, you thi...

Re: Preseason Week 1- Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Minnesota Viki

Not Concerned about Waynes at all, I like his Fire, looks a lot like Rhodes during his rookie year. Kalil looked surprisingly good in that first series. (PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD BE TRUE) Diggs Is a freaking Rockstar The first time in years......We have good linebacker Depth. Teddy looks a lot mor...

Re: Training Camp Master Thread

Word out of Camp is that Teddy is throwing darts, arm strength is much better this year. I can't remember which analyst said it but Teddy Threw a ball so hard Johnson could hang on to it.

Re: Training Camp Master Thread

i know its early, but nothing i've read about waynes has been encouraging. when you take a person that high in the draft these types of observations are discouraging. the 11th pick? so far, it sounds like he should have been taken in he second round. Rhodes struggled as a rookie as well CB is the s...

Re: Training Camp Master Thread

Also on the Same Post, I have heard that the backup QB's have been playing Terribly. Throwing Floaters, no ability to drive the ball down field. Combine Kalil with our current Backup QB's and pray that Teddy doesn't go down.

Re: Training Camp Master Thread

Sounds like Everson Griffen really had his way with Kalil today (and for the 2nd day in a row). That doesn't concern me that much because it's very early in camp and Griffen is one of the top edge rushers in the league. However, I'm also reading tweets where rookie Danielle Hunter and journeyman Ju...
