Re: Preseason Week 2 Post Game Thoughts

The title to your link seems to agree with me. As does about a dozen others I've seen. It's momentum, show me a video of you or anyone else running full speed taking someone to the ground and not having that happen. If you look at the still frame from the beginning of that article, you can clearly ...

Better this way for Kai too. He might be able to catch on with a team before the season.
He'll sign somewhere. Does Seattle still need a kicker?

Re: What Does Everyone Think About Trading for an O-Lineman?

Sign Boone. He can't be worse than where we are at now. And yes, I think it's time to trade for a lineman. The window is far too open now to dick around with a suspect OL.

Re: Preseason Week 2 Post Game Thoughts

Fundamentally the offense and special teams were really bad. I am very concerned about the punt coverage. Forbath probably kicked himself out of a job, at least with the Vikings. The Vikings should see if they can trade him, but I'll if anyone is that desperate to give anything up for him. I like hi...

Re: Preseason Week 1 Post Game Thoughts

In the preseason tou look for fundamentals. The Vikings' fundamentals looked very good last night. I remember one bad angle by Anthony Harris but other that, the team looked good.

Re: Easton Out for the Year

I think Easton is underrated. He rarely gets called for a penalty and doesn't get beat as often as others. He is very good. I'm certain they will get a replacement somehow.
Someone mentioned Berger. Is he ready to play? Has he kept in shape?

Re: Pete Morelli: Anthony Barr’s hit on Aaron Rodgers would be a penalty this year

The other thing is Rodgers getting hurt could be a blessing in disguise for him and the Packers. It showed GBs management that they were incompetent on many other levels and Rodgers covered a lot of it up. So if it helps the Packers improve, the leagues favorite team could contend seriously again. I...

Re: OL Coach Tony Sparano Passes Away at 56

It's tough to second guess a doctor without having more information. For example; a lot of people don't like staying in hospitals. Did he start feeling fine and decide he didn't want to stay? The doctor could have been negligent, someone could have misread a test, etc. With the money he had his doc...

Re: OL Coach Tony Sparano Passes Away at 56

So you don't hold him overnight for observation? First, the doctors can't make him stay. It's entirely possible that he asked to leave. Second, if tests come back all good, why would they have him stay? I don't know details, but I would assume if he was still in pain they would have kept him. I'm s...

When I read that part I was so pissed.
My understanding is they needed time for the test results, and nothing they were able to see right away showed anything wrong. I saw a Facebook post that had links to articles about similar situation. It really does suck though...

I definitely see it as Hunter >> Diggs >> Barr too.

I'd love to be able to keep Barr though.
I just have a feeling that Barr is underrated... He and Kendricks have a connection and it makes both if them very effective. I would hate to break that up.

This is good. I wonder what that means for Barr though... Isn't he a year ahead if Hunter?
