Well, Falcons won and Saints are about to win, so thus far it is all going as planned. :govikes:

Re: Redemption Tour

Paul Allen last night basically tweeted the same thing I said, except that he spelled "exorcising" correctly. :)

#Vikings Exorcising Demons Tour

BountyGate January 14
‘98 January 21

‘74 Steelers February 4

CAN I GET A WITNESS?!?!

Re: Redemption Tour

I just like the idea of finally exercising our old demons of futility with these three opponents.

Re: Redemption Tour

If I read the schedule correctly, we will know whether a win means going to Philly or saying home for the NFCC Game by the time we play. It could make for a wild, raucous atmosphere in The Bank. Sent from my LG-H872 using Tapatalk Yes, this scenario assumes both the Falcons and Saints advance past ...

Redemption Tour

With the way the playoff seeding has worked out, it is possible that this could be our path to being Super bowl champions: . Divisional Round versus the Saints, who defeated us in overtime in the 2009 NFC Championship game. . NFC championship game against the Falcons, who defeated us in overtime in ...

I would definitely take some nosebleed seats! PM me the information if you think you might have some. Thanks!

Vikings-Packers tickets?

If anyone has season tickets and will not be able to attend the Viking-Packers game (probably a long-shot, I know), please message me. I am looking to take my Dad (who has been a fan since 1969, and lives in North Carolina) to his first game in Minnesota EVER! (Father's Day gift) Thank you! :govikes:

Re: Vikings 2016 schedule

Not to be a downer, but let's keep in mine that the Packers will have much the same schedule. The exception being that they will have to play US! :govikes:

Re: Roster Cuts

I like that quote! Roosevelt was an incredible person. This is WAY off topic for a football forum but if anybody's looking for a good non-fiction read, The River of Doubt by Candice Millard is terrific. It chronicles Roosevelt's 2 year journey into the Amazon, a journey he undertook after serving a...

Re: Roster Cuts

But it's his life, not yours or mine, so it only has to add up for him. I don't think it's our place to say what choice he should have made. Signing with the Colts offered real benefits for him. He got the experience of working with a successful organization, that deep WR corps you're talking about...

Re: Roster Cuts

Spielman has a flair for the dramatic - I keep waiting to hear about a big, last-second trade. Probably not likely, but you never know with Rick.

Re: Roster Cuts

So...who are the last three? I know this is likely to change as we pick up/drop some more over the next few days, but this is it for right now:

QB 3, RB 3, FB 1, WR 6, TE 4, OL 10, DE 6, DT 5, LB 6, CB 5, S 4, ST 3
